Gupy is a startup founded by HR and Technology professionals, with the aim of transforming the way selection processes are carried out in Brazil.

This has been possible thanks to the agility and practicality we bring to the work of managers and recruiters.

We are proud to have developed the first artificial intelligence for recruitment and selection in Brazil, allowing companies to quickly find the candidates that have the greatest affinity with their vacancies.

Take care of the entire Gupy brand. Leading creative teams in design, UX/UI, video, social media, brand strategy, content and PR. With a wide contribution also in growth, events and product.



Naming


Gupy is a contraction of the words "Go" and "Up". Which translates all the feeling of action that Gupy proposes, both in their professional careers and in their personal lives. You need to go there and do it! #GoUp

Illustrations
We wanted their illustration language to reflect the value helping company recruiters find the best people for the job and delighting employees with a quick, paperless onboarding process.

The idea of including in the illustrations the creatures that they affectionately nicknamed "amorfinhos", which represent an alter ego of the human characters, keeping company, helping and advising in the sometimes difficult process of selection and hiring.
